--pause-immich-jobs yet the Sidecar Metadata is on

While importing Google Takeout using also the flag --pause-immich-jobs, there is Server's jobs: active: 1 to be seen.

Looking at the Jobs in Immich there is the Sidecar metadata running (only this one).

Not sure if this is bug or feature(?), eventually needed for the Immich-go to count the Metadata uploaded, for example.

Didn't stop the job.

It may be related; when importing into the folder and not using also the admin api key, just the --pause-immich-jobs=false, any import always ends with:

ERR Immich Job command sent resume=thumbnailGeneration err=SendJobCommand, PUT, http://192.168.y.x:2283/api/jobs/thumbnailGeneration, 403 Forbidden││Forbidden

I think I'm seeing what @KusAdama is, too. An upload stops with 2515 pending, 871 processed. Non-admin key and --pause-immich-jobs=false.

Had to make the non-admin user an admin temporary and generate+use a new key with the jobs permissions to avoid this issue on the client.

The larger issue now seems to be these assets being skipped being uploaded because there's "missing metadata."
