Questions about the temporary_dir and output_dir

Dear Sina,

Thanks for your great work. When I was reading the bash scripts, two path variables that appeared in the code puzzled me(i.e., "data/temporary" and "data/output") because they were not in the repository. I‘m just wondering if I need to create these two directories myself or if I can get them from the UKB data archive?
