Error 10060 is a socket error representing timeout when trying to establish TCP handshake with a remote server, api.openai.com in the current context.

1. Do you use proxy or connected to some VPN when running pandasai?
2. Can you open the next URL in your browser: https://api.openai.com/v1/ and tell me what the response you get? You should see JSON body with content like "message": "Invalid URL", it's OK.
3. In case you're not using any proxy/VPN when running a script, is your location present in available countries list for now?
