fix merge issue (#44)

- duplicate lines

- Remove nested/duplicate packages from `@angular/build` (`string-width`, `wrap-ansi`), `@npmcli/run-script` (`proc-log`), and `cacache` (`glob`, `lru-cache`, `minimatch`) in favor of hoisted versions
- Add `character-entities-html4` and `character-entities-legacy` packages
- Bump `lodash` from 4.17.23 to 4.18.1
