Membership column in tasks is empty

The membership column in my tasks table is empty and I want it have populated so I can link the tasks to their respective sections. Can anyone help with this?

I've installed the code locally and could not fetch any data for the membership column. This tap is utilized by Stitch, and the same behavior can be observed through their managed ETL service.
