tap-bing-ads does not support AudiencePerformanceReport

[Bing Ads' documentation notes](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingads/reporting-service/audienceperformancereportrequest?view=bingads-12) that this report, "[compares] delivery performance statistics by audience, ad group, campaign, or account attributes."

This report is not currently supported by the tap and as a result is excluded from the REPORT_WHITELIST
