Include paths forward in slides

Dave - Jon here. We talked after your talk. I suggested you include some suggestions of references for going forward after digesting the material you cover, if you know of any good ones. If not, not a big deal.

Also, if you like hiking, you might want to take a walk up Dog Mountain while you're in Portland. It's a little way up the Columbia Gorge, on the Washington side, and worth the trek - especially since you pass by the Walking Man brewery in Stevenson on the way back, and that's a good place to be if you've just been working up a thirst.
