Upgrade from Django 5.2 to Django 6.0

Upgrade from Django 5.2 (the last version supporting Python 3.11) to Django 6.0.

Isn't Django 6.0 not LTS? It is my understanding that we are waiting for Django 6.2 which will have continued support (at least accoring to this chart I found on the Django website https://www.djangoproject.com/download/)
