What does this error indicate

Was keen to look at API capabilities as I'm keen to see if there's an means to see QoS details (specifically jitter) for a given call however I can't see any API information at all:

Does anyone have ideas on what might be causing this?

The only jitter measurements available would be in HEP Type 5 from receiver reports (RTCP)
Those are not offered as statistics, so this would be a normal search API call for type 5 and a call-id (or whatever else)
