UI: Dashboard widgets don't restore layout after window resize or DevTools toggle

Description:
When opening/closing browser DevTools or simply resizing the window, dashboard widgets collapse into a single column/rearrange. After restoring the original window width, the layout does not revert to its previous state, widgets remain stacked vertically.

how to reproduce:

• Open a dashboard (locked or unlocked status doesn't matter)
• Open DevTools from the right/left or resize the browser window
• Close DevTools or restore window size

Expected Behavior:
Dashboard layout should return to its original state

Actual Behavior:
Widgets remain in single-column/rearranged layout permanently

Thanks for the screen recording — that nails it.

What the video shows:

1. Home is Locked, widgets side-by-side (Search | Results | Clock).
2. Opening DevTools from the right shrinks the viewport and the grid reflows.
3. A PUT …/home fires (~276 B) — the compacted layout was auto-saved even while Locked.
4. Closing DevTools leaves the broken stacked layout permanently.

Root cause: ResponsiveGridLayout regenerates a compacted layout on breakpoint change, and onLayoutChange was persisting those positions (and debounce-saving them) regardless of lock state.

Fix in #907 (11.0.304): fixed 12-column GridLayout, and positions are saved only on intentional drag/resize stop — so resize/DevTools no longer overwrites the dashboard.

The fix from #907 is merged (11.0.304).

@kurtyks could you please validate on your side once you have a build with this version (or latest homer11)?

Quick check:

1. Open Home (Locked is fine).
2. Open DevTools from the right / resize the window — widgets may scale, but should not permanently collapse.
3. Close DevTools / restore width — layout should return to the original side-by-side arrangement.
4. Confirm no unexpected PUT …/home from mere resize while Locked.

I've used docker compose with latest tag, after merge I've pulled newest version, and recreated containers
Retested on both Firefox and Brave, and I can confirm the issue is resolved. The layout now stays intact during window resize and when opening/closing DevTools, also there is no PUT request. All looks good, thanks for the so quick fix!
