Pico in TGgroups

The agent doesn't work in TGgroups with anonymity enabled. Overall, group interactions need to be improved, and response settings need to be more flexible. It doesn't measure up to Openclav and isn't suitable for this purpose. It may or may not work in simple groups, and it may not respond to prefixes or, conversely, respond to all messages that aren't intended. Everything is set up correctly in the configuration files, but it doesn't help much. The functionality isn't finished.
