PicoClaw onboarding vs other agents

I am looking for feedback on the PicoClaw onboarding and setup process.

I previously tried using ZeroClaw, but found the experience frustrating due to minimal onboarding and documentation that is both poor and scattered. I am considering PicoClaw as an alternative but want to know if the setup is actually functional and well-documented before investing time into it.

How straightforward is the initial setup (WebUI/TUI/CLI) compared to the documentation's claims?
If you have used ZeroClaw, Nanobot, or other agents, how does PicoClaw's onboarding compare in terms of clarity and "time-to-first-run"?

Provide direct comparisons with other agents if possible, how was your experience with the setup from installation to functioning agent?
