purpose of ti_replace_variable

First of all, thank you for publishing this Dockerfile. It is extremely useful and has saved me many hours.

My question is what you are using ti_replace_variable for?

My work environment is on windows but all my continuous integration stuff is done on linux + docker. I use ti_replace_variable to replace the windows path to linux path.
