READ before using GitHub Issues or Pull Requests #18

@mechite

Description

@mechite

GitHub Issues are only enabled as a convenient submission mechanism.
Aggregation of completed issues are provided in the repository commit log.
Aggregation of changes between releases are clearly marked in this log.
It is generally frowned upon to post attachments, or non plain-text content.

Pull requests and emails are acceptable to send patches.
You must first see the contributing section of the readme for the requirements.
A valid email address is required, not a no-reply/private GitHub generated one.
Submitting >3 bad contributions will result in temporary blockages.

These standards are important to provide high quality project management.
Thank you for your interest in this project.
