Wemo dimmers not being found

I installed the app & DTH from your repo via the web IDE. I open the SmartApp in the ST app and it says it's detecting Wemo Dimmers but never finds any on my network despite letting it run for many minutes. I have 4 dimmers on my network.

Is there something I'm missing?
