Can the private RSS feed sharing be disabled?

Hi there,

is there a way to disable sharing a users private RSS feed (i.e. the one that has a token in the URL)?
I know the token can be deleted, but then a new one gets generated automatically, so there is always some (granted, very random) URL that will expose my feed to the public.

It's not a big deal if not, just asking if I have not found that config somehow.
