[Feature Request] CSS Box Model to the Layout section

Hi Greg,

Is it possible to add a CSS Box Model to the Layout section of Rows and Widgets? Maybe it can even replace the current bottom margin, gutter and padding settings?

I’ve tried to give you a good example in JSFiddle and I’ve made a picture preview of the feature in the Page Builder so you can see what I mean:
