Dropdown Popover is broken for React

Steps to reproduce

1. Start React example app
2. Click on App or Profile Dropdown in Header Menu
3. Popover is not displayed and errors are shown in the browser console

What is expected?

Six Dropdown component popover works the same as seen in the other example apps, like here:
https://six-group.github.io/six-webcomponents/demo/angular/

What is actually happening?

An error is shown upon click in the browser console:
