README still refers to 2nd edition as early access #75

The second edition is published, but the README file still refers to it being available in early access.

In addition, it would be good to add a sentence describing how to use this repository with the 1st edition. I ran into this when I came back to the first edition after a few years and tried to re-do some of the exercises. I noticed that things didn't line up, and I realized I needed to clone the master branch rather than the default 2e. Since then I purchased the 2nd edition. Nonetheless, it would be good form to leave a breadcrumb in README to assist anyone else who is still using the older edition.
