item shop problem with unlock items/units

Issue: При игре на картах (не компании), в магазине (item shop) нельзя купить ресурсы, кроме меди, свинца и песка. Даже если условно торий будет в ядре, то в магазине торий не разблокируются, хотя при игре на картах весь контент должен быть разблокированы изначально, ибо там попросту нету древа технологий
When playing on maps (not company ), you can't buy resources in the item store except copper, lead and sand. Even if thorium is conditionally in the core, thorium is not unlocked in the item store, although when playing on maps all content should be unlocked initially, because its dont have technology tree for unlock
