Issue: attempting to open shop ui or anu bank crashes game

Steps to reproduce: go into map open

Save file: any

Last log: see crash logs for why I don't have em

Crash logs: just updated to via app to v147 so don't have them (the issues I'm reporting happened on v146 and be 25701
