KatADC simulation fail because of Downsampler

Simulation with Matlab R2012b/Xilinx 14.2 fails because of the Downsampler for a given input simulation signal with "Input frame size must be a multiple of conversion factor when rates are the same.".

Changing the downsampler setting as follow solves the error:
InputProcessing 'Elements as channels (sample based)'
RateOptions 'Allow multirate processing'
