Add pages for deposits and withdrawals

We could try to turn on feature that allows to list deposits from mainnet to schain and withdrawals schain to mainnet. Here is example

Investigate the feasibility and scope of upgrading Blockscout to a newer version that supports L1 → L2 deposit transactions (Optimism-style deposits).

This functionality would be valuable for SKALE on Base chains, as it would allow users to clearly track deposit transactions originating from L1 and finalized on L2, improving transparency and overall UX.
