Staking UI: validator logo too large and mobile breadcrumb spacing and regular delegation tag alignment issues

Describe the bug
On the Staking page, the validator logo component appears too large compared to the intended layout.

Additionally, on mobile, the breadcrumbs are too close to the “Regular delegation” section, and the “Regular delegation” content is not centered.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the Staking page.
2. View the validator section on desktop and observe the logo size.
3. Switch to a mobile viewport (or open on a mobile device).
4. Observe:

• breadcrumbs spacing relative to “Regular delegation” tag
• alignment/centering of “Regular delegation”tag

Expected behavior
Validator logo size matches the intended design (consistent with previous version).
On mobile:

• breadcrumbs have sufficient spacing from the content below
• “Regular delegation” section is properly centered and aligned
