[Bug]Issue #1 showing the latest comment is still the Step 2 watcher message and there is no Step 3.

Summary

The exercise did not advance after I completed Step 2.

Expected behavior

After merging the pull request, Issue #1 should receive the next Mona comment for Step 3.

Actual behavior

Issue #1 did not get a new comment. The latest comment is still the Step 2 watcher message asking me to follow the steps and wait for feedback.

What I completed

• reviewed Copilot's PR
• merged the PR
• opened and merged a follow-up PR to correct the Manga Maniacs details flagged during review

@cet-retingin I had the same issue and solved it.

When creating the PR comment with copilot mention, you will see a button in the PR comment to enable a workflow. I guess that workflow is not on by default which causes to "hang" the exercise.

What I did to resolve this:

1. Create a cloud agent session for simply added some text to the readme (basically creating a new session so a new PR is created).
2. Add again a review comment with copilot mention. This will create again a new session.
3. DON'T merge yet. Hit the below button in the new PR:

4. Now all PR review steps are green and you can approve and merge the PR. Now my issue is updated.
