Clarify VS Code branch menu instructions

Updated Activity 2 to identify the correct three-dot menu location in the VS Code Source Control sidebar when merging and deleting a branch. Added an updated screenshot showing the correct menu location.

Also moved the add-level-counter branch name before its screenshot example so learners see the required input before the visual example.
