Docs are misnamed, hard to find (doc/fzf-vim.txt)

I expected to find help for skim.vim at :help skim.txt or :help skim-vim.txt according to vim's conventions from write-local-help, but instead I searched around in the file directories and finally found them at :help fzf-vim. Is using fzf's path there intentional?

• I have fzf 0.23.0 or above
• I have read through https://github.com/junegunn/fzf.vim/blob/master/README.md
• I have read through https://github.com/junegunn/fzf/blob/master/README-VIM.md
• I have read through the manual page of fzf (man fzf)
• I have searched through the existing issues

(But why does the above all ask about fzf artifacts instead of skim... is that intentional?)
