Thank you to the packagers

I just wanted to open and pin this to thank all package maintainers for skim on the different platforms, most of them are above v1 now which is huge.
I know skim's release rhythm is fast, sorry about  giving you extra work.

To everyone who reads this: don't hesitate to react to give some love to our package managers!
