Make schemes findable whithin a long list of published vocabs

Currently all schemes on the main page are sorted by file name. It would by helpful to sort them by the visible title because with many schemes the list becomes confusing (see example on OEH):

As discussed in today's meeting, this would also address @lummerland's problem. Thus, if easier to implement, we could also add a search field.

To do:

• a simple search field when there are more than five vocabularies
• alphabetic sortin would also be good

@Phu2 suggests to use data tables: https://datatables.net/ @sroertgen will take a look whether this is a good approach.

Only thing is right now the search text is always in english, but if that does not matter too much, I could make it an PR
