Remove the PRs created by bots

The PRs created by bots that are still open in this repository include changes that were already made in #388 or are not relevant because are for server functionality that is currently used in the client or are dev dependencies.

The PRs created by the bots can be closed.

Note: do not close #424 . It should be merged.
