[gui] Chinese chars not displayed properly

Issue details

When I updated to the latest version 1.5.5 (at present, 1.5.2 can be displayed normally, but not after 1.5.3), I found that gui's support for Chinese is not very good, and there will be garbered code. The interface situation is as follows:

This looks to me like the same issue reported in #2809 which can be fixed by selecting a different UI font.

Most of similar issues was resolved after PR #2751, and I can't reproduce this one on linux and windows, so this might be an issue specific to macOS. Unfortunately I don't have any device with macOS, so I hope someone will help with resolving this issue.

@jpstotz after PR #2751 jadx uses "composite" fonts and should be able to show any Unicode chars, so default font should also work.
So test case for this issue:

1. use default Code font (or just reset settings with button at left bottom of preferences window)
2. switch language to Chinese
3. restart jadx
4. open any apk
5. expect root categories in left panel to not show any 'squares'.

I will try to review code, maybe add some check that used font is actually "composite".

I commit a small change to ensure all fonts are composite, this might resolve this issue 🙂
