[k8s] Support custom ingress installations in `ports: ingress` mode

SkyPilot expects an IngressClass named nginx in namespace ingress-nginx, but Lambda 1CC k8s uses nginx-public in ingress-nginx-system.

Need to look into how to allow users to point to custom ingress installations to expose ports.
