Look into adding optional mods support

Utilizing mrpack's optional mods (with all enabled by default) would allow the user to pick and choose which features they want installed when using Prism Launcher, Modrinth App, and other launchers supporting mrpack. I need to do proper testing on this and see how the user experience could be improved in any way.

I would probably just make the OptiFine and Extra features optional, rather than also including performance mods since that could make it too cluttered for the user. Maybe also add descriptions for each mod.

This would also improve the experience when using packwiz-installer or unsup.

oh sorry i mentioned this on the discord but i probably should have made a comment about it here aswell, basically:

• The only launcher that handles optional mods properly seems to be Prism Launcher, and even that doesn't handle it very well. It just shows the user a list of filenames with no extra info. people may get confused or skip through it
• If we're only making like two mods optional (Ears and Calcmod) maybe we should just include both out of the box, since they are both extremely lightweight and unobtrusive and shouldn't bother the majority of users. Many people may find them useful, and I dont see why we should have a popup just for those two mods
• In the case of Ears specifically: I think Ears customizations are perfectly faithful to Vanilla and i dont really see an issue in keeping it enabled out of the box if it doesn't impact performance at all and majority of users are never going to be bothered by it, it's an extremely simple mod that doesn't even rely on an external server

surprisingly, even the Modrinth App doesn't handle these, it just skips over them, even though it's in the mrpack spec

It's something I'll probably take a look at in the future, but I want to try to see if we can improve Prism Launcher's optional mods interface first
