How to disable all Nebula Limitations?

I wanna use BGP or OSPF over Nebula overlay.I already set "unsafe networks" 0.0.0.0/0 and ::/0 in CA cert.
My nodes' nebula using IPV6 ULA Addr only.
And BGP sessions connect eachother using ipv6, extended next hop handing ipv4 and ipv6.

Now my bgp sessions all connected but the routes can't pass nebula.

Steps 5 & 6 aren't about a limit, they are how you configure forwarding on Linux. This can be done in a generic fashion.

But now nebula blocked all forward traffic.How to unblock.
