Describe the Bug

Do you think it is possible to write a client for arduino? This would enable a whole new way to communicate with IOT devices. The data that will be transmitted is very low bandwith. What do you think? Perhaps we can partner with the ESPHome project for implementation.

what's stopping you from running it today, a lack of an OS?

I did have a swing at compiling with tiny go some time back. It didn’t support the various debugging tools in the code. Stripped those out as they are not really needed, but then found some of the Golang net packages for UDP weren’t supported. The goal of tinygo is for parity in features though, so could potentially work through these issues. Would be interested to see how it goes if anyone takes another look at it and collaborate on working through some of the challenges.
