[BUG] - if add PV from search window and the PV already exists, it's added again #220
Description
Describe the bug
I had WATR:LI02:1:TANK_LV as a pv, did a search for WATR:*:TANK_LV, then added 6 including WATR:LI02:1:TANK_LV, and had that PV twice in the list. It'd be nice if it didn't add duplicates.
Expected behavior
I expected it not to add a duplicate PV.

Described above.
Possible solution (optional)
I can think of one use case for duplicate PVs - have the same PV with different y axes - zoom into low level hash with one and have another show larger swings. Somehow the addition from the search surprised me.
