Reexport new configspaces

allow for ConfigSpace > 0.6.1 by re-exporting new configspaces to yahpo_data

Note ConfigSpace 0.6.1 is broken with Python > 3.11 due to int and float typechecks anyways so this should be done maybe even prior to the larger v2 update
