Parse also older Excel files in zzzs/ and extract time series of some meaningful data per doctor type, per region, per municipality eg
- number of doctors
- number of doctors accepting / not accepting (as in excels)
- availability (sum, avg, min, max....)
- load (sum, avg, min, max....)
