Parse also older Excel files in zzzs/ and extract time series of some meaningful data per doctor type, per region, per municipality eg

• number of doctors
• number of doctors accepting / not accepting (as in excels)
• availability (sum, avg, min, max....)
• load (sum, avg, min, max....)
