bug: reduce noise in biometric data

I have exported my Apple Watch health data from the past week, as well as the DB entries from my Pod 3. Hopefully this data will help debug the noisy biometrics data we're seeing.

Started #505 to attempt to debug it, but due to not having historic .RAW files, I wasn't able to de-noise the data from a broader sampling of data
