Debian Stable: autopsy package is non-functional

The autopsy package that is available in Debian stable is non-functional.

$ /usr/bin/autopsy
Can't locate lib.pm:   /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.36.0/lib.pm: Permission denied at /usr/bin/autopsy line 2.

This version is aprox 15 years old and no longer maintained. Please upgrade to a new release.
