`docschina-bot` is not enabled in docs-ja

The following statement in docs/TRANSLATIONS.md

docschina-bot will periodically submit merge requests from the slidev/docs repository. Switch to the branch created in the pull request, make any changes necessary and merge it.

However, docschina-bot is not enabled in this repository.
Therefore, there are some outdated parts to the English version of the documentation.

I will try to merge them while translating the differences manually for now, but it would be helpful if you could enable docschina-bot for the future.

I understand this issue pertains to older versions, but synchronization problems persist.
How about implementing an automatic synchronization workflow like this ?
