Implement the QR code scanning page

Description

• This is the page the user gets, when clicked on Scan QR button on the homepage
• It should load the QR code scanner in the middle of the screen as in the design

Acceptance Criteria

• When a successful QR code scan is detected, navigate the user immediately to the relevant zone page
• When a qr code scan is unsuccessful (invalid QR) the user should be shown a popup saying "Invalid QR code"
• When an error occurs, show a popup, saying "An error occurred, please retry or contact support team "
