Currently lazyload supports kubernetes service. In some scenarios, serviceEntry is very useful. Therefore, we will seriously consider the solutions to support serviceEntry in lazyload.

This feature depends on the framework supports serviceEntry. Then change service list-watcher to serviceEntry list-watcher in lazyload.
