Support Base64 DER Private Key formats for Snowflake (and other sources)

Feature Description

Much like dbt/dlt support passing a DER private key for private key authentication, requesting support for that format here as well.

It would allow the private key to be kept as a variable without having to decode or do other work before running, especially in a ci/cd environment.

In this case, snowflake is the specific example to authenticate with the private key as DER.

For reference, even with the encoded private key pasted directly into the private_key property in the connections, i get this error
