Support for OKLCH colors

Slint supports RGB, RGBA, and HSV.

Our web app and site use OKLCH colors, which helps a lot since we use a lot of purple, and gradients look blue/lavender when using HSL/HSV.

We are manually converting the colors to RGB for our Slint app, which is not fun, and not accurate. OKLCH colors would eliminate this effort.

An added benefit of OKLCH colors: this could potentially provide support for P3 colors available in modern displays.

There is a feature request that was already filled about that: #7744
I believe this is the same.

We have no short-term plans to implement that ourselves at the moment
