documents for your customised multiphase examples?

I am trying to have a better understanding at your multiphase codes. I can't seem to find the document here though http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/PDF/SPH_LAMMPS_userguide.pdf. Can you point me to the papers with those equations behind your simulation, please?
