Resuming session from mobile

It says sending a message to a closed session would restart it.

But it doesn't work and a closed session seems to always remain offline with no way to reopen it.

You can't restart a closed session because it's disconnected. But if you have the daemon running you can make a new session.

How does a session get closed? It seems to happen in a very finnicky way?
