Remove dependency on `github.com/pkg/errors`

The https://github.com/pkg/errors package is archived. Its use should be replaced with Go's native errors where appropriate.

Why is this needed?

Noticed it was still in use via Caddy. It would trim away a useless dependency 😄

I realized that the package was being used due to its behaviour of adding stack traces to the error context.

Did some looking around at drop-in replacements and https://gitlab.com/tozd/go/errors seems like a solid option.

Hi @francislavoie, I know pkg/errors have been archived, but it should still work perfectly and is plenty compatible with any current version of Go. We want to get rid of it too, but the stacks are helpful sometimes, we're currently using this in many places, and it will be hard to eliminate, at least in a short term.

And by the way, the package you mention uses pkg/errors under the hood. There are other non-archived forks of pkg/errors too, the functionality is exactly the same, and it will be just a dependency with a different name.

Author of the package mentioned above here. No, gitlab.com/tozd/go/errors does not use github.com/pkg/errors under the hood. But it has to have a dependency on it to get on type from it so that it can stay interoperable if some other part of your codebase uses it and creates an error with a stacktrace (my package then extracts it out). This is one of the issues with that package: that it requires a dependency on it to be able to extract data from it. My package does not have such a requirement, making it easier to be interoperable with it.

Also, gitlab.com/tozd/go/errors is not a fork of github.com/pkg/errors but a completely new package with API compatibility with github.com/pkg/errors` as one of the goals. But implementation is different (using modern Go patterns).

So if you want a modern drop-in replacement which supports things like sentinel errors, %w formatting, joined errors, structural errors, and more, try it out. :-) (While still being pretty lean.)
