[Bug]: Webserver not starting after upgrade to 0.30.2

Steps to Reproduce

• Upgrade step-ca from 0.28.3 to 0.30.2
• Start step-ca as system service.

Your Environment

• OS - Ubuntu 24
• step-ca Version - initialliy 0.28, upgrade to 0.30.2

Expected Behavior

Webserver should start when step ca is starting

Actual Behavior

step ca is starting, no error in logs, but the webserver does not come up.

Hi @ziller-hqs, can you provide some more details on the "webserver" you're mentioning? From the description provided so far, it sounds like it's not the CA server itself.

Hi there. There is supposed to be a http server that can serve the root CA pem as well as accept for instance, ACME requests. This one did not start once upgrading to 0.30.2.
