No release of 0.75.0?

Hi!  I noticed there was a tag for 0.75.0 which we package in Debian, but still no Release page for this version:

https://github.com/smallstep/crypto/releases

Is this intentional somehow, suggesting 0.75.0 is not fit for production use?  Or should there be a 0.75.0 release, for that tag?
